Family Portraits 2012

Thank you Ellis (Russell's brother), for taking our family portraits!  We love them!  It was so cold and you still made us look good! :)  I sure love my little family!!
 I love my family!

I love how Ira has toys, just like normal and Hazel is teasing just like normal.

Ira's face cracks me up!

Spinning

best buddies

delicious laughter
snuggles
Everyone needs a good spin on a chair once in a while, the production of many smiles and giggles.  Just beware if spun to long it can end up in a mess.  Glad I learned this as a child instead of as a parent. :)

Cute snuggles.

We are also really grateful that Uncle Ellis (Russell's brother)  was able to spend Christmas with us!

Uncle Ellis (We love him)
We spend this Christmas at home here in Idaho.  Most of Russell's family lives here close by so we got to celebrate with them.  First we started off by having a Christmas Adam (Christmas Eve, Eve).  We went to Grandma and Grandpa Elkins as family members were arriving.  Christmas Eve we spend at Russell's brother's house were the kiddo's acted out the Christ Nativity Story.  This is one of my favorite parts of Christmas.  Hazel was Baby Jesus, and Ira was a Shepherd.  Christmas morning we spend here at home, Uncle Ellis spend Christmas morning with us.  How do you like his creative hat stocking?  Ha.  Christmas morning was so much fun.  It was so hard to wait two months before giving Ira and Hazel this train table.  As you can see in the video below... THEY LOVE IT!  Hazel also got a cute stroller for her baby dolls, a cute little vacuum (she loves to help me vacuum), and a cute little people princess set.  After a special breakfast we headed back over to Grandma and Grandpa Elkins for a Christmas dinner.  It was delicious and the company was even better.  It was a wonderful Christmas.  :)
