I like to spend a little time alone with each of our kiddo's during the day. Hazel still takes a nap so it leaves a couple hours open for Ira to play with his tracks without little sister stilling pieces. :) During this time instead of making it on the train table I put it out on the floor so that we can make it really large. He loves it! When I'm building it Ira says over and over again, "Thank you MoMmY, Thanks mOmMy!" I love my little engineer. I love how he drives his trains on the track with a "Chuga, Chuga, Chuga, TSHHHHH..." Little boys are great! I know that some day I am going to miss these Thomas days.
